Palmer Events Center to Host Austin Gem and Mineral Show, Austin Record Convention, Austin Coffee Festival, and More in October

AUSTIN, Texas – The Palmer Events Center will host 12 events during the month of October, including the Austin Gem and Mineral Show, the Austin Record Convention, and the Austin Coffee Festival, along with nine other events.

The Palmer Events Center is hosting Austin City Limits Music Festival’s Pre-Festival Box Office on Oct. 2 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., where attendees can pick up will call orders, upgrade tickets, and receive ticket order support.

The 2025 AAA Trade Show, hosted by the Austin Apartment Association, takes place at the Palmer Events Center on Oct. 9, featuring a day filled with education, connection, and multifamily industry insights.

Now and Next 2025 – A DHL Logistics Summit takes place at the Palmer Events Center Oct. 13-14. The event is DHL’s flagship logistics summit, designed as an exclusive, private gathering of more than 500 senior leaders, decision makers, and supply chain innovators.

The 2025 Austin Gem and Mineral Show returns to the Palmer Events Center Oct. 17-19, hosting more than 30 vendors selling gemstones, jewelry, beads, mineral specimens, fossils, crystals, and more. The event will also feature youth programs, a silent auction, and a wide variety of gem and mineral displays.

The 2025 Austin Card Show also takes place at the Palmer Events Center Oct. 17-19. It will feature sports cards, memorabilia, collectibles, Pokémon, and other trading card-related products from more than 350 vendors.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) will host NAMIWalks Central Texas at the Palmer Events Center on Oct. 18. This annual event unites communities to break the stigma surrounding mental health conditions and raise vital funds for local NAMI programs.

Hosted by March of Dimes, Signature Chefs Feeding Motherhood takes place at the Palmer Events Center on Oct. 23, featuring some of Austin’s top chefs, signature cocktails, and an auction to support mothers and babies in need.

The Austin Record Convention takes place at the Palmer Events Center Oct. 24-26, where attendees can sort through more than one million 78s, 45s, LPs, CDs, cassettes, posters, collectibles, and music-related memorabilia under one roof.

The Austin Coffee Festival takes place Oct. 25-26, bringing the best specialty roasters and coffee shops with unique beans, snacks, and live entertainment to the Palmer Events Center for a one-of-a-kind coffee culture experience.

The National Amateur Disc Golf Tour (NADGT) will host the 2025 NADGT National Championships at the Palmer Events Center on Oct. 28.

The October 2025 edition of the Traffic Show takes place at the Palmer Events Center Oct. 29-30, bringing lifestyle brands together to meet with retailers in a relaxed environment to engage in business discussions.

The 2025 Small Business Expo will take place at the Palmer Events Center on Oct. 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., bringing small business owners and operators together with exhibitors that provide innovative products and services to help grow small businesses.
