Park in our four-story, 1,200-space garage, right next to the venue. It has two entrances, one on Riverside Dr. and another on Barton Springs Rd. For parking inquiries, email: accdparkinginfo@austintexas.gov or call us at (512) 404-4260.
Parking at the Palmer Events Center Garage is primarily for attendees of events at this facility. There is no complimentary parking. All parking is first-come-first-serve.
Pro Tip: If there is any traffic, enter on Riverside.

Mobility-impaired parking is available on each level of our garage. Spaces with this distinction are close to the elevators. And vehicles with military specialty plates receive complimentary parking.

Overflow Parking
The One Texas Center Parking Garage, at the southeast corner of Barton Springs Rd. and S. 1st St., is used for extra parking during select major events and occasionally when the Palmer Events Center garage reaches capacity.
Things To Know:
- $12 event parking per vehicle unless special event rates are posted
- No overnight parking
- Payment Methods: We accept all debit, credit cards, and cash
- Clearance Heights: First Level: 8'2", Second Level and Up: 7'2"
Alternative Fuel Vehicle Parking
In our parking garage, Austin Energy installed nine charging stations to power up your electric vehicles. Come back to your car fully charged after a productive visit to the Palmer Events Center.
Move In and Out
Exhibitors or vendors can park in the service yard as long as there is space available. When the service yard is full, overflow parking goes into the garage. Those included in the overflow should expect to pay $12 (or a special event rate) to park. Rules may vary slightly depending on the event.
Motorcycle Parking
Inside our garage, there is parking specifically for motorcycles and scooters. These forms of transportations are to avoid using our sidewalk and bicycle racks for additional space.
Bicycle Racks
Leave your bicycle outside the North and South entrances of the parking garage for safekeeping. There are bike racks available to lock up your two wheels.
